Introducing GO! Site Ready
3:50

GO! Site Ready began in the mess of real jobs - the early calls, the whiteboards, the spreadsheets, and the sting of a good worker getting turned around at the gate because an entry requirement slipped or a form went missing. That’s time, money, and trust lost.

We knew there had to be a better way. Not more admin. Not another portal. A simple, reliable system built around how contractors actually work.

Who is PIAGO! ?

We are! GO! Site Ready is developed by PIAGO!, an Australian‑owned software and services company founded by Brisbane locals Carl Snowling (well, technically a QueeNZlander) and Terry Cullen (a legit one). PIAGO! builds tools for heavy industry that connect contractors, companies, and worksites.

Our sister solution, GO! Site Approved, helps worksite operators  (think mine sites, construction, civil, and utilities projects) manage their contractor and employee workforce at scale.

Together, GO! Site Ready and GO! Site Approved help both sides of the fence work smoothly: contractors mobilise with confidence, and sites stay organised and compliant. Different jobs, same goal - keep projects moving ensuring workforce compliance across the board without the drama.

Fun Fact!

PIAGO! stands for Project Is A GO! - that's why our products have such exhilarating names!

Terry Cullen, Managing Director

Terry’s background is a mix of hands‑on work and building teams. He’s spent years close to the field and understands the hidden cost of poor coordination - the missed shifts, late approvals, and admin that piles up. At PIAGO!, Terry sets direction and keeps us focused on practical outcomes over buzzwords

What people notice: composure under pressure, direct answers, and a tendency to dig into the root of problems to solve them the right way the first time.

Carl Snowling, Director of Operations

Carl is a project manager by trade with a knack for turning messy processes into clear, workable systems. He’s the person who asks, “How does this feel on day three for the coordinator?” and then makes sure the answer is “easier than day one.”

What people notice: detail, empathy for the doers, and a habit of shaving time off the painful parts of work.

Where We Work

PIAGO! is  proudly Australian‑owned with a diverse team primarily across Australia and overseas, which gives us a healthy mix of perspectives and the flexibility to support  our clients wherever they are. That diversity helps us build better: more practical ideas, faster improvements, and support that follows the work, not the office.

PIAGO!  spends a lot of time with contractors in mining and heavy industry - especially around QLD and NSW  - but the problems we solve show up anywhere compliance and coordination matter. Wherever your team is based, we’re set up to work alongside you.

What We Stand For

Integrity

We believe good business starts with doing the right thing - even when no one’s watching. Integrity is our baseline. It shapes how we build, how we support, and how we show up for the people relying on us.

Success

Success, for us, is shared. It’s workers mobilised without drama, coordinators who sleep easier, and a company that’s healthy because its customers are happy. When the work feels calmer and more predictable, everyone wins.

Progress

Growth is part of our job. We listen to the field, learn from every rollout, and keep tightening the bolts. Small improvements, shipped often, so you feel the system getting better week after week.

Teamwork

Nothing in this industry moves alone. Teamwork is how we operate - across our own team and with yours. Clear communication and practical help. If it needs doing, we do it together.

Balance

Work should fit into life, not swallow it. We designed GO! Site Ready to reduce noise and give time back - so your team can do a solid day’s work and still make it home for the good stuff.
